I finally started working out again. I was working out and stopped when I was in my last relationship due to time constraints. Leaving the house at 7am and getting back 7:30pm made for a long day, and nearest gym was 35 minutes, either way. So, I did not workout for 5 years. I started up again right before Memorial weekend and stopped second week in June due to the merger for work, and getting to stressed out.
Now since things have started to calm down a bit I went to the gym on Tuesday. Was going to go tonight, but meeting a friend for dinner since he will be out of town this weekend. So, I’ll definitely go on Saturday before the gathering I was invited to.
So, needless to say this pup is a bit on the sore/ouchy side today. But, I guess it is for the greater good..
Guess it helps keep my mind off of being unhappy. As well as my urge to strangle someone/lawyers/paralegals/etc.
